Purpose & access

The studio stages video releases, supports human review and approval, and carries out authorised publishing operations. It is an internal operational application, separate from Agile Nimbus’s public engineering services.

This public page describes the application. It does not provide a public login, upload service or account-connection flow. The current dashboard runs locally and requires an authorised studio user.

What it does

  • Stage and validate: package videos, captions and publishing metadata into versioned releases and run technical and editorial checks.
  • Review and approve: a signed-in human publisher reviews the release. Approval is tied to the content; changes require renewed approval.
  • Connect authorised accounts: bind publishing destinations to the intended brand and platform account.
  • Upload approved content: send YouTube uploads as private before a separate approved publishing operation.
  • Schedule: use YouTube’s native scheduling once applied; Instagram scheduling depends on the local worker running.
  • Keep records: retain publishing status, remote identifiers, operation history and reconciliation information when an outcome is uncertain.
Implementation status: the documentation records simulated-platform testing and a controlled live-check process. Live API readiness must be confirmed by the operator, including the Instagram upload prerequisite. This page does not certify live publishing readiness.

Google and YouTube access

ANMedia Studio uses YouTube API Services. Google authorisation allows the studio to identify the authorised channel, upload video, manage captions, change publication status and check the result. Account passwords are entered with Google, not collected by the studio.

The application requests youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl. The privacy draft explains the operations and data involved.

By using ANMedia Studio’s YouTube functionality, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.

Privacy & contact

The privacy policy below is a review draft based on the local implementation. Operator confirmation of retention, deletion procedures and deployment practices is still required before it is used as a final OAuth policy.
